As our valued customer, you provide us with important information about yourself. That information is needed to better serve you and to complete your transactions. We believe it is our responsibility to safeguard your personal financial information. While some financial institutions do share account owner information with other businesses, we are committed to keeping your personal information confidential.

We have developed this policy to ensure your privacy and to maintain your confidence in First State Bank of Grove City.  You have our commitment that we will adhere to this policy.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

This is our privacy notice for our customers. We, our, and us, when used in this notice, means First State Bank of Grove City. You and your, when used in this notice, means the following types of customers:

  • Safe deposit box
  • Individual Retirement Account where we act as custodian

We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We will NOT disclose any nonpublic personal information about current or previous customers except as disclosed in this policy or as permitted by law. For example, we may release information about you to an "other party" to assist us in servicing your loan or deposit account with us, in response to subpoenas by governmental entities, or to prevent unauthorized transactions.
